The MindCraft School Presents Moon Run 7.0

By registering for the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Category & Registration

Please choose your event category carefully at the time of registration.
Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be changed once submitted.
Participants must provide a valid phone number and email address for all event-related communication.

2. Minimum Age & Eligibility Criteria

21KM Timed Run
Only participants aged 18 years or above are eligible.
Participants must be born on or before 23 October 2008.

10KM Timed Run
Only participants aged 14 years or above are eligible.
Participants must be born on or before 23 October 2012.

5KM Non-Timed Run
Only participants aged 10 years or above are eligible.
Participants must be born on or before 23 October 2016.

If you are registering a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have provided consent for their participation. All event rules will apply to minors as they apply to adult participants.

3. Event Communication

All important event updates will be shared through WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Please do not treat these messages as spam, as they may contain important information about the route, expo, BIB collection, timing, and event instructions.

4. Health & Fitness Responsibility

Long-distance running can cause injury or health risks.
Participants are responsible for their own health, fitness, and decision to participate in the event.
Participants are strongly advised to consult a physician and undergo a medical examination before participating.

5. Risk & Safety

By participating, you understand and accept all risks related to the event, including but not limited to falls, injuries, weather conditions, route conditions, crowd movement, traffic, medical emergencies, and other event-related risks.
You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will not hold the organizers responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the event.
The MindCraft School Moon Run 7.0, Tapi Runners Charitable Trust, event organizers, sponsors, partners, vendors, volunteers, officials, and their representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Event Rules & Instructions

Participants must follow all instructions given by the organizers, race officials, medical staff, security staff, and volunteers.
If instructed by race officials, medical staff, or volunteers, participants must stop running immediately.
Runners must not remain on the course after completing their race.
Participants are advised to leave the course after the applicable cut-off time for safety, traffic management, and event operations.

7. BIB Rules

Participants must personally collect their BIB from the expo.
If a participant is unable to collect the BIB personally, an authorized representative may collect it only with written consent from the registered participant.
Wearing the assigned BIB during the event is compulsory.
Images, timing records, and race participation records may be checked by the organizers.
Participants found without their assigned BIB may be disqualified.

No BIB, No Entry.

8. BIB Exchange, Misuse & Disqualification

Runners must not exchange, transfer, sell, share, or allow any other person to use their race BIB, BIB tag, or timing chip.
Any runner found exchanging or misusing a race BIB, BIB tag, or timing chip will be disqualified from the event.
Such participants will forfeit their timing records, rankings, podium position, and any prize money, wherever applicable.
The organizer may also disqualify any other participant involved in such exchange, misuse, or unauthorized participation.

9. Participant Benefits

All participation benefits are non-transferable and are available only to the registered runner.Benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or claimed by another person.

10. Event Photos, Videos & Publicity

By participating, you allow the organizers to use your name, photographs, videos, and other event media for publicity, promotion, social media, website, and event communication purposes.

11. Use of Personal Information

Personal information submitted during registration may be used by the event organizers for event administration, communication, safety, promotion, and future event updates.
By registering, you agree to share the information entered on this page with TAPI RUNNERS CHARITABLE TRUST, the owner of this page, and Razorpay, in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Cancellation, Postponement & Changes

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, stop, or modify the event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, major incidents, emergencies, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the participant’s registration may be adjusted for the new event date as decided by the organizers.

13. Refunds, Transfers & Rejections

Registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund will be given if a participant is unable to participate or misses the race on the event day.
The organizers reserve the right to reject any registration application. In case of rejected applications, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank, payment gateway, or administrative charges.

14. Minor Registration

Registration of minors will be considered as confirmation of parental or guardian consent.
The parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for the minor’s participation, health, safety, and compliance with event rules.

15. Parking

Parking is at your own risk.
While parking space may be available, the event organizers will not be responsible for the safety, security, loss, theft, or damage of parked vehicles or belongings kept inside vehicles.
To help reduce traffic congestion and support sustainability, participants are strongly encouraged to carpool or travel in shared vehicles wherever possible.

16. Note on Event T-shirts

The event T-shirt is a complimentary item and is not part of the official race deliverables.
Late registrations, including participants who registered or paid after the deadline, may not receive a T-shirt.
As the T-shirt is provided as a free goodwill gesture, the organizers will not be able to entertain requests or complaints regarding size, variation, or availability.

17. Fraudulent Documents

Any participant found submitting, using, or presenting fraudulent, false, forged, misleading, or incorrect documents will be disqualified.
Such participants may also forfeit their timing record, ranking, podium position, participant benefits, and prize money, wherever applicable.
The organizer reserves the right to take further action as permitted under applicable law.

18. Official Timing System & Results

Results will be calculated solely on the basis of the official timing system appointed by the event organizers.
Timing data from Strava, Endomondo, Garmin, Coros, smartwatches, mobile applications, fitness trackers, or any other third-party device or application will not be accepted for result verification, objections, podium claims, or prize-money claims.
Provisional results may be announced on the event day and shall remain subject to change.
Final results will be declared only after cross-verification by the organizing committee and the official timing technology team.
Only the results officially published by Tapi Runners shall be considered final and valid.

19. Ambassadors, Pacers & Prize Eligibility

All event ambassadors will remain eligible for podium positions and prize money, unless specifically restricted by the organizers in writing.
Participants serving as official pacers for the event will not be eligible for podium finishes or prize money in any category.
If an official pacer appears in the timing results, the pacer may be excluded from podium ranking and prize-money consideration.

20. Podium Finish & Document Verification

Runners who secure a podium finish or become eligible for prize money must present valid documents for verification.
The required documents may include Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, recent utility bill with address, age proof, bank details, or any other document requested by the organizers.
Final results, podium confirmation, and prize-money processing will be completed only after successful verification of the required documents.
Failure to submit valid documents within the time requested by the organizers may result in disqualification from podium ranking and prize-money eligibility.

21. Prize Money, Taxes & Deductions

Any prize money awarded shall be subject to applicable taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements under the prevailing laws of India.
The organizer reserves the right to deduct TDS or any other applicable tax, charge, or deduction as required by law before releasing prize money.
The prize recipient shall be solely responsible for complying with any further tax obligations related to the receipt of prize money.

22. Organizer’s Rights

All rights are reserved with the organizer.
The organizer’s decision regarding registration, eligibility, race conduct, disqualification, timing, results, podium ranking, prize money, event changes, and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.

23. Final Agreement
By registering for the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions
